Capiz was recently hit by super typhoon Yolanda, one of the strongest in the history of the world. President Aquino commended Capiz for the very good disaster preparation that despite the Capiz being under signal 4 damage to persons was few said Governor Victor Tanco. Gov. Tanco said that this is the result of the intensive and continued warning, information drive and even directive for forced evacuation of residents days before the super typhoon. Almost 100% of CapizeÃ±os were affected by this epic disaster. They need your support and prayers.
